This was our 1st time here..I ordered an Italian beef with fries..hubby ordered the combo..Beef and sausage with fried mushrooms. I would have given 5 starts if the food had been hot. The taste was very good.. but it was not hot..just warm. We received our food right away! So it should have been HOT.. service was good..they were friendly and again the food came out right away. We will come back again. Since we enjoyed the flavor of the food.. hoping the next time the food is hot. Considering the service and fast delivery of the food.. the presentation of it was good.. flavor was there too.. On a side note.. the hard rock music was definitely a turn off for me.. it wasn't a constant hard rock..“

“Love the atmosphere as soon as we walked in on a Friday late morning. We were sat right away. Coffee was never empty and the food was fast and amazing. “I have updated my review to 5 stars because they are one of the few fast food restaurants that has a good tasting gluten free hamburger bun.

Dietary restrictions: Though they have gluten free buns, they do not have designated gluten free cooking stations. I am not hypersensitive to gluten so I can eat their burgers and grilled chicken without adverse reactions.“

“I’ve eaten at Bleuroot twice when traveling through Chicago for hockey trips. Every bite has been phenomenal and there have been many “Oh you’ve got to try this” shared plates. The staff are amazing and this is a place where it’s okay to be loud and boisterous and joyful. Thanks to Maria and the crew for a great experience (and excellent customer service mailing me back a pair of prescription sunglasses I left on the table!). Looking forward to a third visit in November!“

“Our wedding was on 8/18/2023 and we are still so happy from the perfect day. From the minute we started our tour at Pinstripes with Shannon Schurr, my husband and I knew Pinstripes was going to be the perfect place for our wedding reception. We toured a few other venues, but Pinstripes was perfect. Shannon was so responsive and answered all of our questions along the way. The food tasting was lovely as well and it was a great chance to try all the food and feel confident at our choices. From the tour to the tasting to the reception, everything was seamless and magical. All of our guests absolutely raved about the reception venue and all the wedding guests mentioned it was the most fun wedding reception they have ever been at. The food and drink options were fantastic! We had bowling during our cocktail hour (with socks and bowling shoes included for all guests) and bocci courts open after dinner, which was a huge hit. We reserved the all-seasons outside space, which was well worth the little additional money, and the firepits and decorations (including the flowered backdrop) were a big hit and we didn’t even need to buy any decorations because it was set up so beautifully. The service was excellent throughout the whole night and the linens turned out prettier than we could have pictured! There was also a cool stand for the cake to be displayed while we were cutting it. Many of our guests now frequent for bowling and dinner at Pinstripes and my husband and I do the same.“

“We went here last night for Singo and what a great time! There was about 40 people playing and it was soooo fun!!! The food here is OUTSTANDING! They have a limited menu of flatbreads and sliders! Don’t be fooled by the limited options. They offer all types of flatbreads and sliders! Delicious!!
The 2 girls that run this, Tara and Kenzie, are fantastic!!! These 2 did everything from cooking to bartending to serving! The service was top notch!

Ambiance: cozy and comfortable. Nice patio outside.

Service: The staff took very good care of us. They were quick to take our orders, bring the food and drinks, and to check in on us.

Food: Delicious! I had the Caesar salad and chicken wings. Everything was very fresh and the salad dressing was tasty. Lots of chicken, croutons, and sprinkled cheese in the salad.

Only one complaint - the music was not very good ? country Western pop is not good.“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. “We have been going there for the last five years bragging about the hamburgers. Went there today order the hamburger it came out. Almost fully well done very poor quality. One asked If I could have gotten it rare was told menu says medium well. Meat was of a quality as if it was cooked earlier this week. Definitely will not be going back for hamburgers. Was told by the waitress No one will ask you how you want it done it says on the menu. We used to consider it best burger in town.“

“We have a blast every time we come to the VFW. The renovation, guests and staff make it the perfect ‘where everybody knows your name’ place to be. I can’t say enough about our favorite bartender, Kelly! She is such a sweetheart and remembers our favorite ‘beverage’ even after months of our last visit.

“Drive-thru on 11/23/2024 at around 3:20.

Got a chocolate shake and a large cheese curd. Asked if we could get the shake made w chocolate custard instead of vanilla, we were told no problem. Asked why they usually use the vanilla custard for the Choco shake out of curiosity and the employee explained why without any hesitation. He was young but was well trained considering who knew the answer for such a minor detail.

Food and drink took a bit but that's fine. Slow and well done over fast and rushed anyday.

We get our stuff. Chocolate shake was good considering my mother drank half of it in 10 minutes or so.

Cheese curds were the most freshly done curds I've ever gotten from a Culver's before. Not reheated old cheese curds, not undercooked or oversalted cheese curds, but hot and finely salted cheese curds.

Probably the best Culver's experience I've ever had and that it happened on a Saturday of all days - the day most employees of establishments tend to check out - is astonishing.

Will certainly make a point of visiting this location more frequently as opposed to the Huntley location. Am curious about their burgers if this is the sort of quality I can expect on occasion (at the very least).
