“You’ll find out how well a restaurant is doing when things go right…but you’ll learn more when there is a problem. We had an issue at this location last night and I informed the manager simply so she was aware. By the way our server was excellent, so this was not a service or even a food issue. Hey things happen in a public setting and management doesn’t always have full control of that. But when I met Marisela she really wanted to make things right for our table and went above and beyond to fix our situation. We appreciated that SO much. Thank you Olive Garden management and particularly to the manager of this location. You really helped regular customers stay loyal.“

“We went here last night for Singo and what a great time! There was about 40 people playing and it was soooo fun!!! The food here is OUTSTANDING! They have a limited menu of flatbreads and sliders! Don’t be fooled by the limited options. They offer all types of flatbreads and sliders! Delicious!!
The 2 girls that run this, Tara and Kenzie, are fantastic!!! These 2 did everything from cooking to bartending to serving! The service was top notch!
We will be back and make sure to try the meatball flatbed ?“

“Recently moved back from Colorado and have gone years without a good place for boba, egg rolls and crab Rangoons. This place was a 10/10! The atmosphere was great the employees/owners were phenomenal we had an allergy issue and they right away stepped in wanting to accommodate us which is very rare for places to jump in fast wanting to help accommodate. Definitely recommend this place we will for sure be back! Not to mention the bobo drink containers were soo adorable!“

“Been going here for years. Best Chinese food I’ve ever had love this place. Showed my partner this place couple years ago and he says the same thing. We live in WI and we will drive an hour just to get it from here when we’re wanting Chinese food! Also their crab Rangoon is very good!“

“The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!“

“I haven’t been to Panera in probably two years. I ordered what my daughter usually ate, and when I got out to the car, I noticed that the smoothie was not filled to the top despite being a really expensive drink, disappointing to say the least.“

“No comment on service because there was zero human contact. You order through a kiosk, then someone just yells your number & you go and grab your food from the counter. A worker came out and looked at us and then quickly ran back. lmao Place was nice. Food was good.

“Best Panera I’ve ever been to. The owner/manager is always there and you can tell he has a good rapport with the employees. They seem to be happy working there which is reflected in the quality of the food and service. The food is always fresh and hot and the employees are always helpful and friendly“
