“The pizza was just as we ordered, but our problem is with the mango habanero wings. I ordered 32 wings. which cost $32, and there was almost no sauce on them. When I filed a report. they offered my a free medium pizza worth about 1/3 what I paid for the wings. What would have made me happy? Some mango habanero sauce for our wings. That would make me very happy.“

“Hard to find good quality traditional chicken wings out in this region, Wings and Things seems to have that ‘wing’ and ‘thing’ quality. Take out only, best to order ahead of time and pickup, although it can get busy in there. Another thing to add, there’s shelves of some groceries and snacks, including different canned/bottled beverages.“

“Happened upon this friendly great restaurant in Troy, IL while traveling home from OK to OH. Oh my! What a gem. This was some of the best Italian food we have eaten. Brian got a half a pizza that was full of toppings and much too big to eat. I got the the spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce was like the Italian mother's made and the meatball was the owner's grandmother's recipe. Holy Meatballs! It was delicious. We will definitely be back on pur way through when we travel. “Had a damn good time. Stopped in Saturday after spending the day at the racetrack outside of town to watch the Alabama / Georgia game, and we decided to try a bunch of their wings and drinks. “I order from here often. Food is always excellent. Today I ordered their New Year’s Eve deal that was too good to pass up. They remade my pizza all because there was a flare-up with the crust and gave me both. Any other pizza restaurant would have gave me the first one, but this place strives to have the best customer service. I would recommend eating here if not for the food, then the customer service. You won’t be treated poorly!“

Tomato sauce with no spices and always the same taste, so I will say, it tasted like any chaine restaurant in the USA. Has for the service, well the waitress was nice, but more clients started to arrive, so she was nervous. We weren't finish and she already gave us the bill. I told her that we were not finished and that we wanted dessert. So, she came back for our desserts, but she didn't take our empty plates on the table. We add to push them in a corner to eat our desserts.“

She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.
