The entire staff is simply amazing they're genuinely kind & concerned about there customers wants & needs. They provide great service by actually having a waiter or waitress bring your food to your table. It's the best fast food pizza chain that I've been to so far!
Kid-friendliness: They cator to your children based on there wants as far as there meal is concerned
Today my partner and I came for lunch. We were behind a young woman who clearly was disabled. The lady ordered the Alfredo and the front counter worker, Zachery B asked her if she wanted the lunch special for $7.99. She asked what that meant and he explained it to her. You pick 2 smaller portions and a drink. Friendly staff, good food, clean restaurant.
Fazoli's provides great service with friendly staff who cater to customers' needs and bring food to the table. Their breadsticks are amazing, and their Italian-American fare is comparable to Olive Garden in taste. The atmosphere is kid-friendly, with a variety of options on the kid's menu. However, the menu may not be suitable for those with gluten-free or dairy-free dietary restrictions. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with lowered curbs and handicapped parking. While the food is good, some staff members may seem uninterested or annoyed, possibly due to being underpaid.
