“Slow service. The timing of the app to actual food being ready is WAY off. The app said food is ready and coming to your vehicle. Waiting for 5 minutes, and no food, I went inside and the food wasn't even done cooking.
Disappointed the app and actual time was that much of a difference.“

“It's a McDonalds, you know what you are getting, and they usually "hit it" (unlike the ones four miles east towards I-55 or the one three miles north towards I-80 that "miss it"). Eating here 3-4/month, there misses are usually small (assembly on special order burger, charging for extra lettuce, having to initiate the conversation when going thru the drive-thru at night, stuff like that)“

Swung by around 7:40 PM. No real line, in and out like I had backstage passes. Order was ready in maybe 6 minutes — quick enough to still be hungry.
Got the Angus Cheesesteak Sandwich Combo with a drink and fries. Let’s break it down:
➡️ Fries? 2/10. Tasted like they had a long night and got reheated for my sins. Dry, tired, no crunch, no love.
➡️ But the sandwich? Oh man. That bun was soaked in juicy steak vibes. Meat was tender, sauce on point. Honestly? Kinda stole the show. I almost clapped.
The place was clean, staff did their job — not overly friendly, but not grumpy either. Neutral vibes, which I’ll take.
Would I come back? Maybe. If my GPS gets sentimental and brings me here again 🙂
Rating? Solid 4. Would’ve been a 5 if the fries didn’t ghost me emotionally.“

“After a couple visits, I asked the sandwich artist how many slices of ham go on a ham and cheese footlong. The reason I asked was because the sandwiches felt a little thin compared to some of the other locations I have visited in the past. So I Google the answer, because that's what we do when we need to know ( and the person we're asking is not giving me any type of answer) Google says 12 slices total, two rows of six makes up twelve slices. What do I know, I'm not a sandwich artist. I noticed they put on 10 slices instead of 12.. When I asked about 10 vs 12 slices the workers began to argue in a language that I did not recognize. They never acknowledged my question. They just continued to argue among themselves. That made me feel pretty uncomfortable, Even though this happened... I will go back. I'm just going to keep an eye on what they're doing because it's not like these sandwiches are cheap. I do believe in supporting my local businesses. That is why I will go back.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground level. A wheelchair would have no problem getting in the door.“

“Recently went to a popular chain Mediterranean place.. I won’t name it. But AMBA is SOOOOOA MUCH BETTER! Instantly regretting my choice to go to this popular chain place and I can’t wait to eat at Amba again! So much flavor and care that goes into my meal at Amba! Love them“

“The roast beef sandwiches are always steaming hot on a fresh bun! Curly fries are the same. Been coming here forever. The lovely lady in the drive up is always very sweet and says have a blessed day as I pull away with my warm bag of deliciousness.“

“I have went to this DQ many times at all different times. The first week it smelled terrible, but they didn’t deserve the bad reviews. I mean come on y’all, channahon always stinks over there.. The smell is now completely gone! You guys just judged it was too quickly. The service is always amazing here!“
