“MEII Tea has the most fantastic brown sugar dirty milk tea (boba 75% sweet), amazing tiramisu cream puffs, lemon tarts, strawberry shortcakes, etc. This amazing Boba tea & pastry shop is an amazing gem in Springfield and everyone should try it at least once! The complex flavors from the teas and pastries are an exceptional journey for the taste buds! Monica is super friendly!“

“Laila is a very dedicated worker decorating cookies with delightfulness. Never in my 46 years of life have I ever seen someone with such good work ethic. Not only is her work ethic good, but her customer service is so amazing that she treats me better than my husband does. I walked in and she had the biggest smile on her face and greeted me with positivity, something my husband has only done once. She is a spectacular role model for everyone and i am honored to call her my server, and the face of the company, crumbl.“

“We have visited a few times over the last month or so. I've noticed that every single time we go, everyone working here is soooo nice and friendly. They seem genuinely happy to help you. From the cashier to the people walking around checking tables. This is really appreciated.“
“I absolutely love donuts and lately it’s been hit and miss on quality. 3 out of the last 4 times I’ve went the donuts tasted like grease. Kind of like the grease was either old or didn’t get to proper temp before the donuts were dropped into it. The employees at this location are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is great. They just need to figure out why their donuts aren’t consistent which I know is not on this location as the donuts come from one main location.“

“Prices are really affordable, much better than most chains, and the pastries are always amazing. I love the apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, and the blueberry donuts the best. The scones are a nice treat as well!
