“Friendly staff, service was good even though there were only two employees and they were working both drive-thru and counter. Our sandwiches were well prepared and fresh as promised. We had had trouble in the past with condiments being put on so sloppily that it was hard to eat without being covered in a mess. Good job this time!“

“I stopped at this location while traveling through and I had to sit and write a review to really shine a light on just how amazing the two workers are that were working tonight (9/1, 6:30pm, a guy and a gal). As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and started at the store hourly level, this experience was completely made by these two individuals. I just had dinner at a star restaurant in Chicago and I did not receive NEAR the customer service as I did with these two individuals. They greeted every person enthusiastically when they came in the door and made sure to tell them to have a great day when they left. They were both upbeat and conversed with every customer that came through the line. They also made a point to correct the orientation of meat on my sandwich to ensure it was consistent. These two are doing a phenomenal job and if I could hire them to work for me, I would without hesitation. These two need a raise and appreciation for providing such amazing customer care when today’s industry standard has become minimal effort and inconsistency. It was refreshing to eat here and if I lived closer, I would be here often to support this business. Sandwiches were amazing and this was a great experience overall!“

“I've been to this location twice in the last week, mostly because the food has been so good but my daughter keeps asking for it. Super clean and the staff is really friendly. Went to the one on Dirksen today (closer to where I work) expecting the same service and super disappointed. Id rather drive the little bit extra to the Lindbergh location.“

“astounding taste and variety in a tiny shop. facilities were incredibly clean and functional. service with a smile. portion sizes were perfect. if you are in town this is a MUST STOP. BREAD IS just like you are 40 years back in time at Grandma's house for thanksgiving. Help them out and bring cash. Love this place! The tunes rolling make the experience unbeatable for a quick bite on a business trip break.“

“This isn't your typical campus sandwich shop; The owners also make up the staff here and they are friendly, efficient, and professional. Both times ordering here, the food came quickly and tasted great. In general, I get the impression that they run a tight ship here and the whole experience is just better and quicker than what I get at Subway. They advised me to download the app, which I did, and it works great; you can order ahead and you get a few rewards for signing up. Breakfast and a variety of drinks, including coffee, are offered here, and there is ample seating both indoor and out. It's really nice to have this on-campus.
Parking: There's a ton of parking around campus.“

“I stopped in today with my daughter. It has been many years since we've dined at this location due to it being out of the way.The employees were great! I encourage my 9 year old to order her food for social practice. The 2 working today were very friendly and helpful.Once one of them heard she had a leopard gecko for a pet, the stories and pet pictures came out. When we left, she asked, "Can we come here again? That guy was really nice!"Great job!
Kid-friendliness: The staff made my 9 year old feel important and walked her through all of her options for the sandwich, toppings, and sides!“

“We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the store and was immediately greeted by Krystal Beek. She was professional, gave great customer service, had the fresh veggies all nicely set up and everything was clean and tidy. We were just passing through but so happy we stopped and got to meet Krystal! Krystal you are the highlight to a very long trip and we hope to see you again someday when we’re passing through!“

“We ordered DoorDash and a few items were forgotten. No big deal, things happen. I called the store to just see about getting a refund for the missing items, the owner however answered the phone and delivered both missing items super promptly. Great service, and the food is also amazing!“
