“Atmosphere???- I dine out every time. I would like to say though it is hard to get in contact with your Chatham location, the phone number will either say disconnected or route you to an automated system and let me tell you that system today was bogus I kept pushing 2 then 4 per prompt instructions however it just kept repeating the prompt options after each time I selected 4......... can you please fix that.... The whole reason I was trying to call was because I used the app to order my food and was waiting on my order number to come up and the pickup time but it never appeared so my co-worker went to go get it and it was ready so it would be super helpful if the App would work properly too. 15 in after my food has been picked up it is still showing that I am holding for an order number.....just saying most of us wait for that order number to appear and a pick up time before leaving............outside of that all is good..... it isnt your people that is the problem it is your apps and phone.

“I go there at least once a week and get a turkey bacon ranch on sweet bread . That man behind the counter gets an A plus for knowing how to make the best sub ever I could eat it everyday Never skimps on anything puts the other sub shops to shame in this area Thanks Monty’s keep up the great work young man“

“Kylee and Cam were SOOO FRIENDLY and made me feel very welcome. Had a nice chat with them while waiting for my to-go order. I ordered the four cheese melt (I asked Kylee for a vegetarian recommendation and she said it was good). She was right! Mmmm mmm cheeeeeeesssy melty goodness in a toasted bread.

I was given a choice of sides and I got a nice cup of fresh fruit.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and it was a nice ambiance overall. Great menu. I highly recommend. The service was fantastic - I hope their manager sees this caus they should all get recognition for doing a great job. Thank you!!!!“

I appreciate the smiles (with sometimes eye-rolling sighs) by the Sandwich Artists. I couldn't do your job as you continue to churn out quality sandwiches with friendly service.“

“This isn't your typical campus sandwich shop; The owners also make up the staff here and they are friendly, efficient, and professional. Both times ordering here, the food came quickly and tasted great. In general, I get the impression that they run a tight ship here and the whole experience is just better and quicker than what I get at Subway. They advised me to download the app, which I did, and it works great; you can order ahead and you get a few rewards for signing up. Breakfast and a variety of drinks, including coffee, are offered here, and there is ample seating both indoor and out. It's really nice to have this on-campus.

“We can't thank today's lunch staff, enough, at this Jimmy John's location for coming in clutch for us today with a last minute order! We had some colleagues attending an offsite meeting on the other side of town from where our offices are located. We don't typically order business meals from food establishments out on the west side because of the distance from our office being out of standard delivery range. However, the organization hosting the meeting asked if we could provide lunch, and we ordered from a different west-side establishment several days in advance of the meeting. When they were well over an hour late with the delivery, very rude, and unhelpful in providing any explanation for the delay or information regarding when we could expect it to finally show up; we found this JJ location close by the meeting site, called them up and asked if they could whip up nearly 2 dozen sandwiches quickly. They were so helpful on such short notice, and definitely lived up to the freaky fast tagline! By the time the person I spoke to on the phone put the order in their system and processed our payment, the other staff members had the order nearly complete. We've never ordered from this Jimmy John's location before, as there's a location much closer to our offices, but if/when we ever need to order lunch for a meeting on the west side of Springfield, we will definitely use this location again! “We called same day after a catering service did not show up to provide lunch for the team of volunteers who was helping to clean up at the animal shelter that was impacted by the tornado. The store only had 3 staff but didn’t hesitate to immediately help create catering boxes for over 75 people in less than an hour. They were so friendly and incredibly impactful to the work we were doing. Can’t say thank you enough!! What a great community partner!“

“The 2 stars are because the A/C wasn't working properly. I haven't been to this Subway in a while. The sandwich maker was very welcoming, and I ordered a footlong veggie. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. They no longer have the honey oat bread -- my favorite -- so I had cheese and herb bread which is good. I also had a drink.“
