One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.“

“Mr. Sub has always been my favorite! Whenever people ask me why, I can never quite put my finger on it—I just say it’s simply the best. Over the years, I’ve rarely lived close enough to make it a regular stop, but it’s always been worth the drive.

When I was pregnant with my son 35 years ago, I craved submarine sandwiches constantly. Back then, I’d make the trip from Woodridge out to the Berwyn/Cicero or Brookfield locations just to satisfy that craving.

These days, if I’m anywhere near a Mr Submarine, I make it a point to stop. After all this time, my order hasn’t changed: a King size Mr. Sub sandwich (I save the other 1/2 for lunch the next day). The only difference now is I’ve added the garlic-parm fries to the mix—they’re so good we usually eat them in the car on the way back home to Sycamore.

The only thing I would change is to have a location in Sycamore, IL!

When I got my food I went back to my hotel my order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to Necole the Assistant general manager of this location and she stated she was completely sorry and that if I come back she will make it right. long behold I returned today and spoke to her in person and she was nothing but nice and gave me the correct order plus some can’t thank her enough.“

“The food here was nice and fresh. The shrimp fried rice was spot on. I have been to so many spots in Oak Lawn and the shrimp fried rice has been terrible, but not here. The crab Rangoon was also delicious. The flavors were authentic. I thought I was going to have to go back to Chicago to get me some good strip mall Chinese food. The customer service was also nice. The buffet was a bit steamy so I couldn't see some of the dishes. I will go back for the shrimp fried rice all by itself.“

I was handed off my empty cups, to serve myself? one I could do, not the other....my coffee was suppose to have cinnamon syrup and an espresso shot, that's not at the beverage station, so i ask where do i get my extras(which i paid for) all I get is 😳 from young lady, manager or supervisor comes out but just fumbles, and as I walk out fuming mad.... he tells me I would like to see your receipt, did not ask while I had him beside me..... but decides to holler that as I walk out FU.... the only item that was for me I got ripped off paying all that, to just end up with a plain cup of coffee.“
