El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. “Frankie's since 1988 is hands-down, the best restaurant in the southwest Chicago suburbs. My son and I went for my birthday and there was no place I would rather go. The decor is trendy yet elegant and I really enjoyed the music that was playing. Service was quick and friendly. The signature Frankie's old-fashioned was amazing! Although the lasagna is my absolute favorite, I like to try the chef specials whenever possible, especially the seasonal ones. We had the pumpkin lasagna and the butternut squash risotto with crumbled Italian sausage.... Both were amazing! Whether it's your 20th time back or your first time here, the staff and the owner will make you feel like Family. This is truly a gem in the south suburbs. “So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “We stayed in our RV on property as part of our Harvest Host membership.

We each had a sampler where you can try up to 4 meads, which is made from honey. They have one that tastes like pino grigio (dry meade who knew), another that takes like apple pie (delicious), another like PB & J (yummy), they have spicy mead (very hot and delicious), etc. They were all delicious! Most of their meads are gluten and dairy free with the exception of the meads fermented in bourbon barrels.
I would love to come back for a paint and sip party and other special events. They had candle making tonight.
The outdoor seating in the back is a beautiful garden setting perfect for any occasion.
