AMP Coffee Shop offers a yummy breakfast and a chicken protein bowl with a big portion, enough for delicious leftovers, and the price was perfect. The atmosphere and waitstaff are lovely and efficient. It also serves the best coffee in Edgewater, imported from Austria, making it a great spot to plug in a computer and work or study all day. There is a great food selection for dine in and to go. A strawberry white chocolate cookie with a side black hot tea is also available. However, some experiences may feel unwelcoming, such as when brewed coffee is unavailable and a server refuses a $20 bill with a small tear, making a customer feel like an inconvenience.
