They never place online orders to shelves. I’m sure they monitor how many people waiting for online orders, then someone comes from the back and takes the names.(they wait until 5-6 people standing) Today (Friday) i lost 13 minutes even my order was ready. This could be up to 20 min on Mon/Tue. So what’s the meaning of online order? We use that to skip lines!!
They never open on time, staff will watch you knock and never acknowledge your presence. Store ran by childish and unprofessional staff. Lots of disappointed customers walking away. Don't waste your time here.
They're really fast during the lunch rush, food is fresh, and the portions are good. I appreciate the hard work of the employees at this location!!!
