Great spot!! No food there only popcorn machine but that makes up for it, nice outdoors area with darts

Cody's Public House is a lively Chicago dive with a frat-like atmosphere that can get quite packed, especially on weekends. It's a popular neighborhood bar with a great outdoor area for dogs and grilling, where dog culture is incorporated into the vibe. The staff is friendly and attentive, and if you find a spot near the dart board or pool table, you won't want to leave. The back patio offers a relaxed vibe on summer nights and is both dog-friendly and family-friendly. While children and small dogs are allowed, it can get worrisome after a few drinks. With free popcorn, a great beer selection, TVs to watch games, and great music, Cody's is a chill place to just relax and drink. Despite the change in management, it has retained its charm and character, making it a great spot to relive college days or enjoy a fun time out. All are welcome at this favorite Chicago bar.
