The staff, including the people in charge of kareoke, are all wonderful here! They queue songs very fairly and if you get there at a reasonable time, you will absolutely hear your requests. I've had many experiences at lots of different kareoke bars in the city where none of my friends nor I ever got to do the songs we requested because the kareoke dj very often plays favorites and only queues the same people's songs over and over again.
