I have two favorite Dunkin’s and this is #1. I go out of my way to come to this one. Always get my coffee perfect and if they don’t, they fix it with no problem. Service is always friendly and fast.
I walked into the Dunkin donuts on 35thnarcher and was attended by evelia herrera she had great customer service skills ver knowledgeable of all products recommended me the caramel ice coffee and it was prepared delicious the best i ever had if younlooking for a caramel ice coffee come to the Dunkin donuts on 35 archer and look for evelia very clean shop as well

rude customer service on sunday afternoon, asked “anything else” after each item ordered. croissants were burnt, coffee was made incorrectly to the point of not even being able to drink it. they took the money, handed us our items and then disappeared from the window while we said “just one second please” and she had already disappeared. we were the only people in the drive thru.
