New Archview Restaurant is a family-friendly spot with great food and a warm atmosphere. The recent remodeling has brightened up the place, with a central bar counter. The menu offers a variety of Mexican options, such as the huervos rancheros and Denver omelette. While the poached eggs and sauce for the huervos rancheros were tasty, there were too many onions. The hash browns were not fresh and were overcooked. The Denver omelette was also overcooked and not fluffy as promised. The staff, especially server Tiffany, was attentive and friendly. Although there is room for improvement in the food quality, the welcoming environment and good service make it a place worth visiting.
