The man working today misunderstood me saying no whip creme (I have a sensitivity to milk and never consume it) I asked for a shot of expresso and oat milk in a mocha frozen coffee. When i got to the front, he handed off the drink with whip creme to the cashier. I immediately said no whip... he said I did say whip and rolled his eyes. There is one guy in particular there who makes this the best experience. He is always smiling, makes the effort to give you a really mixed 6 or dozen pack. When I tried to tip him he told me I had overpaid and was handing me back the money. Will have to catch his name next time b/c he deserves major kudos!Parking: Easy and lots of parking

I usually go to Starbucks. But, this time I decided to cheat and stopped by at this particular Dunkin haha. Let’s just say the customer service was so great that it lead me to write a review. Also, my coffee was really good.Thanks to the lovely gentleman faruko who gave such amazing service. Very satisfied. Definitely will be back.
