Costumer service was awful . The manager had a bad attitude it’s unbelievable. Instead of being nice about things she doesn’t have in her store she was super rude and had a nasty attitude.
The younger workers are nice but the old lady at the window with glasses wouldn’t give me a bag when I bought a drink and donut I had to walk across the street and buy one. The lack of hospitality when it comes this store is wild. Why choose a job you don’t like or have an attitude about. Like I’m literally on a bike and I couldn’t get a bag or a cup holder like nothing was wrong she just didn’t want to walk to get a bag I asked at the speaker box....read full review
Very disappointed with the service at this Dunkin location today. I came through the drive-thru and was told there was no food available. I went back around to ask if coffee was being served, and the manager responded “only in the morning.” When I asked if they were serving coffee at that moment, she completely ignored taking my order, forcing me to leave and drive to another Dunkin location.
