I'm not one to complain but 4 out of 5 times I come here I am greeted with attitude. I always talk nice to all the workers but the girls who give me my order at the drive thru are always very rude. On one occasion I had just finished paying my coffee, the girl gave me my card back and while I was waiting for my drink she looked at me all crazy and asked "anything else?" Conveniently located just south of Belmont on Central, but struggling to come back from COVID restrictions. Limited seating but not a whole lot of people there, anyway. They still have the COVID barriers up at the counter and you have to slide your money under the plexiglass.

At this dunkin they charge you extra if you ask for light ice or no ice in a cool drink. I’m used to people making drinks with a lot of ice so there’s little to no flavor. Of course I don’t like drinks without flavor. So you either get a drink with little flavor or pay extra for a drink that has flavor or you can go to another Dunkin’ Donuts.
