My app glitched and took the money out of my account but wasn’t loading it on the app Dennis was amazing enough to help me out with my problem. Great customer service, and super polite.

The coffee is fresh, the service friendly and polite, and the establishment is always clean. There is a newer franchise in a brand new building a few blocks west on 87th Street, but the service and variety of donuts offered doesn't come close to this location.
