There were only 2 employees, the line had 10 people in it & a few more came in after me. I stood in line for about 10 or 11 min for only 3 customers to be taken care of. I ended up leaving because my bus was coming & I couldn't wait anymore.
My favorite place to go. They know my name & remember my coffee order.Update* There is an entirely new crew, but these ladies were kind & helpful. They didn't have regular sausage for my order, she offered me something else of a higher value or to use turkey sausage. Very clean

Can't use restrooms, even if you are a paying customer. The customer can only enter the restaurant from the back parking lot. The front door entryway is always locked.... very non customer service friendly environment.
