As an owner of another franchise in another state, I would want to know that my employees were purposely stalling in order to take way too long and caused people to leave. I saw 20 people come and leave the line because they sat and stalled for so long because someone was arguing with them over nineteen cents. Ordering from the app is pretty difficult as the airport location doesn't want to pop up. There were people in line for pickup, who figured it out. But there were others who also had trouble with selecting the airport location. The lines aren't clearly labeled as well. So just a bit confusing. Nice selection of bagels.
