Five Guys in Chicago

“Clean environment with friendly staff, very busy Friday but the workers were doing their best and getting orders out as fast as possible. Fresh food while maintaining quality customer service. Very backed up because of bogo but worth it in the end.“

“Grabbed a quick lunch at the Five Guys off Roosevelt. Ended up dropping about $22 for a bacon cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and a pop. They literally filled half the brown bag with extra fries like they always do. The burger was hot, messy, and tasted super fresh. Five Guys has gotten kind of pricey lately, but when you're getting off the Red Line and just want a solid, heavy burger, it gets the job done every single time.“

“This might've been a one time thing but my burger came out pretty dry. They really cooked that patty. The toppings were portioned well, I was just surprised that the jalapenos are raw not pickled. The milkshake that I ordered took almost 15 minutes after I got my burger to make. The milkshake itself was good, it was pretty thick and the straws are regular soda pop straws. Really expensive for the quality this time.“

“OMG I love the burgers I love the atmosphere and as I said the burgers are off the chain service is great too but here's the thing not all five guys are the same this one is on Ogden by stroger hospital you have to go there if you go anywhere else it's not going to be the same truth to be told tell him I sent you it's a great burger and a great place not to mention the peanuts the double cheeseburger“

“That was horrible,first time came to the Five guys and will never come back,I was picking up the food,and I wanted to eat it in the car with my husband on the road,so I asked for extra cup to share my milkshake with my husband,and the guy gave me,but another AfroAmerican woman working there hysterically took it from my hand and threw it in the trash,and talked to the guy that he can’t do that,no apologies or saying sorry that she took it in front of my face,omg if it’s a manager you better find someone else

Customer service connected with me,they investigated and fixed the situation,offered complimentary meals,it was great,especially fries,me and husband came and fixed the first impression we had,we recommend this place,customer service is perfect, so kind and responsive now👍👍👍“
