“This might've been a one time thing but my burger came out pretty dry. They really cooked that patty. The toppings were portioned well, I was just surprised that the jalapenos are raw not pickled. The milkshake that I ordered took almost 15 minutes after I got my burger to make. The milkshake itself was good, it was pretty thick and the straws are regular soda pop straws. Really expensive for the quality this time.“
“Just had an excellent meal at Five Guys and it totally hit the spot! The burger was cooked perfectly—juicy, fresh beef with all the toppings I loaded up on (and they don't skimp).
Service was fast and friendly, even the place was packed after a Bears game. The place was clean and the portions are generous enough that I was stuffed.
If you're craving a solid, no-frills burger done right in Chicago, this is the place.“
“OMG I love the burgers I love the atmosphere and as I said the burgers are off the chain service is great too but here's the thing not all five guys are the same this one is on Ogden by stroger hospital you have to go there if you go anywhere else it's not going to be the same truth to be told tell him I sent you it's a great burger and a great place not to mention the peanuts the double cheeseburger“
“That was horrible,first time came to the Five guys and will never come back,I was picking up the food,and I wanted to eat it in the car with my husband on the road,so I asked for extra cup to share my milkshake with my husband,and the guy gave me,but another AfroAmerican woman working there hysterically took it from my hand and threw it in the trash,and talked to the guy that he can’t do that,no apologies or saying sorry that she took it in front of my face,omg if it’s a manager you better find someone else

Customer service connected with me,they investigated and fixed the situation,offered complimentary meals,it was great,especially fries,me and husband came and fixed the first impression we had,we recommend this place,customer service is perfect, so kind and responsive now👍👍👍“
“This is a good location and the workers were nice. The food had a nice taste but I guess that's because I didn't eat in. I waited until I got home to eat my food so my fries were soft after a long ride lol. Overall, I would come here again.“
