We stumbled upon Flying Saucer while visiting Chicago and are glad we did. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is fun with nice indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff were friendly, helpful and on top of it. This is the type of restaurant I wish I had in my neighborhood. If you’re in the area it’s a must visit.

The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the vegetarian trucker bowl and would definitely order it again. It was a huge portion and had incredible flavor. We were seated outside and only waited about 20 minutes for a table. The waitress was a little slow bringing everything out, except for the food. It was okay, though, because we weren't in a hurry.
