I did a quick turn yesterday and stayed at Hilton - ORD. I have eaten at the Gaslight Club previously and had a late dinner last night. As times before the food was outstanding! I always get the French Onion Soup and the Wiener Schnitzel and last night was no different. Delicious! The service was outstanding as it has always been in the past. Welcome back to the 1920’s… it’s prohibition times, the atmosphere and decor does set you back 100 years ago. I wasn’t sure what I was walking into but seemed like the best option at O’Hare’s terminal 2 before you go through security. As the only customers in the place on a Wednesday for lunch we were offered a tour of the place. Old school place. We've been several times and the food is always pretty good! Service is hot-or-miss but never bad - just not great. We always make a point of eating here for the old-school vibes and the live piano is definitely a plus!
