Paid $84 for two hotdogs with hard stale buns (hotdog and toppings were fine), 2 sodas, and very flabby chewy wings with hardly any sauce. Maybe my airport expectations are wrong but I’ve had plenty of good airport meals. Midway has pretty poor option with mostly the same food and this was pretty rough even for airport food. Server was nice and friendly though. Kinda sticky tables and grimy floors - but one of only a couple sit down options for killing time on this delay
I’m just a guy from South Dakota and North Dakota and I was told to be scared of Chicago. But Mitch the bar man, waiter and all around worker with the description of “other duties as requested” went above and beyond. He watched my drink when I went to the restroom, smiled and was the best face Chicago could put forward. Thank God for Mitch… 5 stars for Mitch!
Best bar in Midway. Cold beer and good food. Bartender was great and even wiped down the bar with a warm rag.

Go-Go White Sox Bar And Grill is a busy airport restaurant, especially during holiday weekends. The food is described as average with a small menu and limited choices, featuring a standout dish, buffalo mac n cheese, which is notably spicy. Customers appreciate the tasty Chicago dog on a poppy seed bun, along with good burgers, sandwiches, wings, and hot dogs. However, some have noted that food options have been reduced. The service has received mixed reviews; while some waitstaff are praised for their attentiveness and friendliness, others have faced criticism for poor customer service. The restaurant is clean and offers a decent atmosphere for a quick sit-down meal with sports on TV. It also allows customers to seat themselves, though cleanliness can be an issue, with dirty tables sometimes present. Vegetarian options remain limited, with only a salad available. Overall, it serves as a convenient stop for travelers looking for a bite before their flights, although some might return more for the atmosphere and service rather than the food.
