As others have mentioned, the prices here are ridiculous. $8 small bottle of water, $2.50 single banana. The slice of pizza $8, tasted like cardboard. Service was fine, albeit slow (understaffed?).
It was fine, I guess. The sandwiches were okay, though the bread was a bit stale on one of them. My friend thought her soup was alright, but nothing special. It got pretty busy later, and the service slowed down considerably.
Guys were super nice and professional, and really went out of their way to be great to my kids .

The fresh oatmeal in the morning and large slices of deep dish pizza in the evening are highlights, and the hotel's amenities, such as a gelato case and microwave, add to the convenience. Though the menu may not be extensive, Herb N' Kitchen provides enough options for those on the go. The service is generally efficient and friendly, though some items, like the bagel sandwich and single bananas, may be less desirable or overpriced.
