A true gem right by UIC Law School. In between classes, my friend and I decided to go and find a cool study spot. Instead of studying in school, we decided to find a nearby coffee shop. We chose HERO, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Walking in, you are greeted by the friendliest, funniest and kindest people. The music is great and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Donuts are top notch. Do NOT skip.Chai is decent. Easy seating on a Saturday morning.We got 2 donuts, single serving bottle of Tropicana OJ, and a Chai. The bill was $17 (and some change). Felt a bit expensive.
