my first visit to chicago and i stumbled about the review of this place and had to eat it. we ordered the lou deep dish and some wings. the lou was perfect and mouth watering. the chicken wings looked like mini drumsticks so they were meaty and satisfying. tiramisu wasn’t as good as i wanted it to be but it was moist and fluffy. i am a tiramisu snob tho and picky. i enjoyed it and would order it again!! on my next visit ...till then 5 stars🎉
The manager Chris and Gabriel went above and beyond for me. I originally ordered through a third party delivery service. The driver got my order confused with another. I’m pregnant and ordered a deep dish and got something completely different which when a pregnancy craving hits it’s hard to not stop thinking about it. I called the store and they made me the correct pizza and even gave me some dessert for after. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great customer service....read full review
