Ashley had the best customer service. Her vibrant bubbly personality was refreshing. She deserves a raise. Her willingness to help was over the top and greatly appreciated. She is well informed and great for business.

Potbelly is a sandwich shop known for its amazing service and kind employees. The staff, including Ashley and Craig, are very welcoming, friendly, and fast-paced, with an over-the-top customer service attitude. The space is clean and well-kept, and the food is fresh and really good, coming out quickly. However, some reviews note areas for improvement. Sandwiches sometimes have an inch of bread on either end instead of being end to end, and the sauce is often on just the very edge of the bread, making a mess. The mac and cheese needs to be filled to the top, as portions can feel like half a cup. One sandwich had too many hot peppers, but the staff listened when asked to ease up. Delivery orders follow all noted instructions accurately, and in one case, an employee remade a sandwich and personally delivered it after a mix-up. Overall, the restaurant offers great experiences with friendly service and delicious sandwiches.
