Great service, but steak au poivre was so peppery it made the whole restaurant cough. The waiter had to open the door to remedy the situation. The result, the steak was so peppery it couldn’t be eaten.
I have been to Lush multiple times and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiance is very warm, and (most importantly) the wine selection is fabulous. When it's nice out, the outdoor patio is super lovely. I've sampled appetizers here before which were good, but last night was the first time I had a full dinner here, and it did not disappoint. Lush is a beautiful and welcoming little wine shop. We enjoyed the Champagne Flight, other wines, and a charcuterie board. The waiter, I think Mario, was so nice and friendly. Had a great evening and will definitely go back.
