Fun venue for live music. Generally not uncomfortably crowded but like most places, works best when a certain critical mass of customers are there. Getting a drink here used to be on the difficult side, but lately it seems they've opened the center of the bar for walk-up orders. The sound is good and the center floor is always open for standing and dancing. They do it right.
It was a lot different than I remember. Bartenders weren't that friendly. The bar in the back didn't have the same alcohols that the front bar had, so we had to go back to the front bar for every drink. We were hoping that as the evening went on, the drinks would get better, but no. $9 a drink, we expected to catch a buzz.Of course, Cornmeal was amazing!!!

I attended an intimate performance by a Turkish artist and I have to say it was highly enjoyable. Though the space may be a bit worn the staff that evening was very attentive and friendly. The bar staff was excellent and the drinks were perfect. Would most definitely return.
