15+ minutes of waiting IN STORE when I ordered at home for 2 Mcmuffins. There is always some type of delay at all times of the day. The older staff is rarely communicating the Younger staff are the only ones polite enough to while the older staff member tend to just look at you. The older staff either needs retraining or a new staff is needed. Its unacceptable how often this is. This is not a downtown location
