Ordered a large coffee, waited several minutes before making it to the pick up window just to be told to move ahead to wait longer. Moved ahead waited while 3-4 more cars behind me got their orders.
As you see the receipt and the actual burger! I don’t eat cheese im allergic that’s why I order a double hamburger and it says add mayonnaise and only pickles this burger had everything you can imagine on it?♀️ everyone here needs to be terminated even managers for not leading there team correctly ? had to throw in trash… McDonald’s on Roosevelt & Kedzie

Went through the drive thru on my lunch break. They forgot a sandwich to a meal but I did not have time to return on my lunch. Was told in the drive thru that they did not have ice cream but while I was made to wait in a parking spot for 15 minutes I saw two people walk out with sundaes.
