Lengthy wait time in lobby even though most people had already placed orders at kiosk or picking up uber eats orders. Once order placed had to wait fifteen minutes for order watched two orders placed after mine being picked up before mine. Watched drive through line diminish while I waited for my food.
Food is always good. Service is slow, line wrapped around the building for extensive period of time. Inside full of customers waiting on orders as well. I have actually left to go elsewhere. Employees cursing while communicating with each other. Seems that the manager should hear it because they aren’t whispering. It’s loud enough for anybody to hear it.

Fast food has taken on a new definition these days. I ordered through the app, and I would always have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes before I could pick up my order. Other than that, I could have given this McDonald's 2 more stars.
