I placed an order via Uber eats. Three two cheeseburger meals, one four-piece chicken tender meal, and a bacon cheeseburger meal. Everything arrived, except for the bacon cheeseburger. I tried to call to see if I could just come and pick it up or if they would be willing to send someone else out. They didn't answer the phone. I called several times. I want to recognize Tasha for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly polite, patient, and respectful. She had such a warm smile and genuinely seemed happy to be at work, which made my experience even better.
