This is the perfect summer place to eat. Great burgers, fantastic outdoor seating and a lot of history as I have been going here for over 40 years.

Moody's Pub is a Chicago classic with a cozy atmosphere all year round. In the winter, guests can enjoy the warmth of the fireplaces, while in the summer, the beautiful beer gardens provide a lovely setting. Known for their outstanding fries and legendary burgers, it remains a great spot to meet friends, complemented by a friendly staff. The outdoor seating is perfect for social distancing, and they offer a black bean burger for vegetarians. The grilled burgers are still praised, especially the nice thick 1/2 patty cooked medium rare, which many recommend. However, some recent feedback notes that while the burger and hand-cut fries were once larger and more delicious, there may be a slight quality dip. Despite this, Moody's Pub continues to be a popular choice for casual eats and drinks, with juicy burgers and flavorful chicken sandwiches. The $20 sangria pitchers are also seen as a great deal for sharing. The spacious and relaxing outdoor patio makes it definitely worth a visit.
