Nookies is a clean and well run little restaurant right around the corner from hotel Lincoln. I had a breakfast special Croque Madame - I have to say the rosemary in Gruyère béchamel really made the dish to outstanding. My husband had the chicken and waffles special and what he really loved about the dish was the homemade jalapeño syrup they serve with it. What a hidden gem - amazing prices, service and food! The spinach and feta omelette was amazing (I added mushrooms). My friends and I LOVED the toast - who doesn’t like bread? It was extra delicious. Highly recommend!
