Visited Oro today and was blown away by the incredible chocolate and coffee. Inside it’s an incredibly welcoming and comfortable space. Both their chocolate making and coffee roasting operations are behind glass walls. The coffee counter is great with single origin coffees. Really happy and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

This one was a surprise.
We walked past Oro Chocolate & Coffee in Wicker Park after leaving The Wormhole, and curiosity got the best of me. I’m glad it did because this was probably my favorite coffee stop of the trip.
Oro has a really cool focus on Nicaragua, with both their coffee and cacao coming from Nicaragua. They roast their coffee in-house and also make their chocolate in-house, which isn’t something you see every day. The space itself is beautiful,...read full review
