The food was so good! I knew the place was legit immediately when I came in—the place had all the traditional markers of a good Vietnamese restaurant including a fish tank, a clock in the shape of Vietnam, Tết decorations, a vat of ginseng wine, and a little kid doing homework in the corner. This is probably the best pho I ever had. I actually couldn't even believe it. I ordered delivery and got the pho tai. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that the meat was seperate. A lot of places I've ordered pho for delivery had the meat in the broth, so it was really tough and rubbery by the time I ate! The broth was EXTREMELY flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. It's also a pretty hefty portion. Can't wait to have more!
