When I tell you Louis at the 520 North Michigan Ave location is a whole superhero who saved the day! Give the man his cape. We had another vendor cancel an order for our bridal party at 10:00am for an 11am delivery time! I called Potbelly and Louis swooped in to fix the disaster! Whipped up two specialty platters in less than 30 minutes! Give this location all your business, and Louis....you’re my hero!
I absolutely loved the staff here they really had such a warm and loving feel to them. I believe there names were Amir,Areanna and Keith. I look forward to my next potbelly sandwich!!!
