About Roister

Roister is a restaurant that offers a diverse menu, including dishes like the intriguing truffle cinnamon roll and the perfectly cooked chicken and waffles. The open kitchen adds to the dining experience, but the loud atmosphere can make conversation challenging. The food is generally well-executed, with highlights such as the duck and fried chicken, which are considered exceptional. Their pasta complements any meal, and the restaurant also features a variety of appetizers and desserts, like the Basque cheesecake. Roister is known for its splurge-worthy fried chicken sandwich or burger for lunch and is considered one of the best restaurants in the city. Visitors often praise the professional service and stylish decor, making it a good choice for dates and events. Some dishes, like sage sausage, may not always meet expectations on flavor, but overall, the restaurant provides a tasty and lively dining experience.

Overrated. Celebrated a birthday and service was indifferent. Ordered several small plates to start Asian oysters, Caesar salad (peppery spicy good) beet salad, agnolotti. 4 large plates including fried chicken, octopus, short rib and duck(forgettable). Lemon oil cake (skip). $600 dinner for 5 including 20%tip. I’ll take my business where you are appreciated. Cold and detached server :

Each dish was a masterpiece, not only in taste but also in presentation. The Pork Belly was succulent and...read full review
