I went to the island of Cyprus (beach town of Protaras ?) for the first time this past summer and, being that I miss it soooo much, I thought I would check out Spectrum Bar and Grill, since I heard the owner is from Cyprus. I could not believe my eyes when I walked into Spectrum and saw the menu - this is a true Cypriot style pub. I NEVER do reviews. BUT…….the juice of the perfectly grilled lamb chops dribbling down my chin , the ringing of OPA in my ears as I gobbled the Luscious Greek cheese concoction “Saganaki”, the vibe of the awesome live band that swiveled my hips and the unexpectedly delightful laughter that I enjoyed with the gracious host in this fun filled venue…………..10 stars out of 5.

We were waited on by the owner and we truly amazing. We arrived earlier in the day so he didn’t have much staff there to help him… we noticed that everyone who came in was treated with a hello or even a handshake. As more staff members came in for their shift it showed that even the staff was happy to help and be working there. We will most definitely eat there again
