I have a soft spot for this Starbucks location as is the one I most often frequent when I am in need of an Americano fix post-workout. I can't say how the lines are during rush hour, but I have come in both during the week and on weekends and felt the line moved quickly and the drinks came out with a high level of speed and accuracy. I love this location because the staff is very nice--it's my favorite location!!!! I would love to give them 5 stars but it won't happen until Sarah understands what lite ice means!!!! It's not about how much ice she thinks I should have--it's about what I(the customer) is paying for!!!! She don't get decide what I want!!!! I can have lemon water at home--for free!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great Starbucks locations. Slightly off Michigan Ave.. the tourist don’t come here as often since it’s hidden in plain site.The staff is friendly & fast. Overall a good location!!I give this place a 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5⭐️ as well
