I was harassed by a slim brown man for using my free SubClub reward to order a free sandwich. A reward which I earned through multiple purchase here. I could barely understand him, aside from him telling me: “next timen no free service. Next time put $5 in tip jar.” Even the other team member, who is a nice lady by the way, didn’t understand what he was trying to tell me.
