This hotel is so beautiful and I love the experience. I booked May 17th during Cowboy Carter Beyonce weekend concert and was supposed to stay at JW Marriott which I had reserved and planned for however the rooms were overbooked and there was no space for me. Management did speak with me and informed me not to worry and that they can accommodate me 4-5 minutes away at The Gwen Luxury hotel which was gorgeous. I was on the run the entire time so I did not get to enjoy everything...read full review
Terrible staff and very uncomfortable beds. They claim it’s a luxury hotel but I would rather stay at a Marriott than this expensive place that offers terrible service and amenities
