Our sushi was exceptional and served by a waitress who gave us all the time we needed. Excellent service and excellent food. The bartenders were very friendly as well.
Our server, Nataleigh was great.... Even though she was busy, we never had to wait at all... very attentive, helpful and friendly. The food is so good..... particularly the sushi: unique and delicious.
The dining experience was amazing! My colleague and I visited Evie while attending a conference, based on a recommendation from our hotel concierge. Hats off to the chef—the food was amazing. We sampled several dishes and started with a glass of Jacques Sancerre. The lobster roll was perfectly seasoned, the signature sushi roll was delicious, and the smoked carrots were outstanding.
