The Vig West Loop offers a great experience with attentive service and delicious food. The interiors are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and fast. The cocktails are good, making it a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or a night out with good music and a DJ. The chimichurri steak is perfectly cooked, while the Brussels and shashito peppers are solid choices. The Vig burger is fantastic, and the bread and spreads appetizer is a must-try with its tasty dips. Recently added brunch options include spicy tuna crispy rice, which is a must-try, and the zucchini fries, which are delicious. The chicken and waffles come with a side of hot sauce and syrup that completes the dish. Unfortunately, they were out of the cream stuffed French toast sticks. The drinks are well balanced and enjoyable, ensuring a memorable visit. It's a great spot for late-night dining, with a welcoming atmosphere.
