This food gave me not one, not two, but THREE happiness. On foenem.
I’m from NJ and went to Chicago to visit. We took the taxi boat to Chinatown and we were very hungry so we looked for the places around and for the most affordable one. This one was definitely such a good choice. It’s a classic Chinese restaurant, when we came in we were the only ones there. I asked one of the employees how big was the beef noodles and if that would be enough for 2 people. She was honest about it, she said it would probably be fine for both of us....read full review
Three Happiness has been around for decades. The prices tend to be lower than the competition but it's also reflected in the quality of the food. Some of it is good, some less so, some tasty, some bland, some have off textures, some still have a frozen chill and needs more time in the steamer. It rates a 2.5 star but I rounded the rating up to 3 stars.
