Wasted $60. The chicken was burnt up. The Mac tasted super tangy like someone squeezed the juice of an entire lime on it. The cheese was clumpy. The catfish and rice was okay—no real problems with that. Lastly the plantain wasn’t very ripe at all.
Came to Chicago to see Kanye in concert and stopped in to grab some jerk chicken while waiting in some pizza from around the corner. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Drake who had a friendly personality. The food however, I ordered jerk chicken which the flavor is there the meat was a little dry. The cabbage is on point! very flavorful not to salty and cooked perfectly. The macaroni and cheese was a little disappointing taste like noodles water pepper and melted cheese.
Love Uncle Joe's jerk chicken. Dark meat please and thank you.
