Best restaurant…even tho they close at 10:30 but still they took our to go order and the food was really great and service was great… the lady took our order and the guy named Saleem was so friendly and helpful in assisting to describe the Menu….. will be back for sure..
The food is delicious. When I enter the restaurant, it is always a quiet, calm atmosphere. I have only done take-out (Not sure why). I give service 2 stars because I am overlooked by the host. 1st experience, the host took calls, and attended to things somewhere in the back. During 2nd experience, I was the only one in the restaurant. While waiting for the host to finish on the phone, a group of men came in. We tried Usmania Chinese for the first time to celebrate my mom's birthday. The food was delicious! Best Indo-Chinese food in Chicago! What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. The staff surprised us by bringing out a birthday cake with a candle for my mom while playing the happy birthday ong. They were so sweet, efficiemt & professional. Highly recommend!! We can't wait to go back!
