The service was meh at best and slow during non peak hours. Entres were forgotten and taken off our bill. The food was relatively well prepared but uninspired. The bolognese was too carrot forward, not something ever expected in this sauce. The place will do but should be avoided, especially with so many great Italian restaurants in Chicago.
The pizza was okay. The bolognese was disappointing. For the prices I expected better.

We kinda stumbled upon this place looking for bakery sweets and upstairs there was this restaurant. Our server Jose was very quick to get us water and helped us with our questions with the menu ! We decided to get a margarita pizza and it was so worth it ! The pizza was so light and refreshing, and the atmosphere was just perfect!
You guys rock keep up the good work ! 100% Recommend!!!

Vino & is a restaurant located inside Eataly Chicago in a touristy area. The atmosphere feels a bit like dining inside a grocery store but is also described as perfect. The food is genuinely excellent and quite tasty, offering outstanding Italian food without a stuffy vibe. Dishes are beautifully plated.
The menu features consistently fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared pasta, which is some of the best in Chicago. The pasta is perfectly al dente. Pizza is also a highlight, described as amazing, light, refreshing, and worth it. Specific recommendations include the margarita pizza, with a nice slight char to the crust, fresh toppings, and flavorful sauce, and the spicy burrata pizza. Other noted dishes are the incredibly soft and tasty focaccia, the excellent tagliatelle Bolognese, and the really fresh and tasty branzino.
Service is a major strength, described as incredible, fantastic, great, professional, friendly, attentive, helpful, and charismatic. Servers are very quick, give great suggestions, and explain menu preparations. The restaurant offers full table service or walk-up table service. It also boasts 100 wines by the glass. Pricing is very fair and decent for the quality. The experience is highly recommended, with many customers stating they will definitely be back.
